This notice explains this broker website and its inquiry form. Brian Melton works with AAA Colorado AutoSource. Financing, transactions and other services may have additional notices.
When you send an inquiry
The form sends the name, email, optional phone number, vehicle or service preferences, budget range, membership answer and details you enter. We use that information to respond and help with your request.
Your inquiry is saved in AAA AutoSource's CRM, hosted on Google Cloud/Firebase, and a notification is sent to Brian's work email through Google's email service. Staff access is controlled by the CRM. Please do not enter Social Security numbers, payment-card details or other information this form does not request.
Website protection and analytics
Cloudflare sits between your browser and our Firebase website to provide HTTPS, caching and traffic protection. It processes website requests, including submitted inquiry information, and technical metadata such as IP addresses and request headers.
Cloudflare Web Analytics also measures visits and page performance. Its analytics beacon does not use cookies or browser storage to fingerprint visitors. This analytics service is separate from the inquiry form; we do not send your form fields as analytics events.
Provider information: Cloudflare privacy, Cloudflare analytics information and Google privacy. Provider processing and retention are governed by their applicable terms.
Information on your device
The current form does not save a new copy of your completed inquiry in persistent browser storage. A pending submission uses a temporary session receipt containing a request identifier, timestamp and content hash so an uncertain network retry does not create another lead. The receipt is removed after the server acknowledges the inquiry.
Earlier website versions could retain submitted inquiries locally. This update does not erase older copies. You can remove this website's stored data using your browser's site-data controls.
Questions and choices
Contact [email protected] to ask about an inquiry, request a correction or ask us to stop following up. Requests to delete business records are reviewed subject to applicable recordkeeping and legal holds; submitting a request does not automatically delete a CRM record.
Links to inventory, lenders and other websites lead to services with their own privacy practices. This notice will be updated when this website's information handling changes.
